Located in beautiful Conjola, surrounded by native eucalypt forests you'll find Martin's Ridge Farm. Along with Martins Ridge produce they source ingredients from local growers, fishers & producers. Each course will showcase seasonal produce from the Shoalhaven prepared by resident chef, Ian. Over six courses they will introduce you to some of the amazing food available locally. With thanks to these passionate producers - Coopers Growing, Marella Seafoods, Second Fiddle Smokehouse, Misty Valley Mushrooms, Pointer Mountain Honey, Lagom Bakery, Clyde River Blueberries and many more.
