About

For our second morning lecture for 2026 is from Mark Cottle  "Tragedy and Triumph: Polar Exploration".  Through his presentation of photos and watercolours you can learn of Robert Scott, Roald Amunsden and their race to the South Pole. 

Light drinks and refreshments are included at the Apollo venue.

Following morning tea, explore Shackleton and the Endurance expedition with the help of the expedition's photographs.
