Please wear cool comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and bring a water bottle to our F2F class.
Our Mental health is an important area of our life. Regular exercise is considered a great tool for good mental wellbeing. Time Out Tai chi provides gentle, effective and easy to follow moves perfect for the end of the working day.
