Together with our wonderful students we have created a warm and accepting environment, allowing everyone to practise the beautiful art of yoga at their own level in a fun, but educational and challenging manner.  Our classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, bhakti yoga, pranayama and meditation.
