CheckUP are proud to be delivering a series of men’s health workshops in partnership with Hand Heart Pocket the Charity of Freemasons Queensland in 2021. This follows on from the successful delivery of 13 workshops in 2019/2020.

Due to COVID-safe requirements, a number of changes will be made for the 2021 events, namely a reduced number of face-to-face events and the introduction of a new delivery mode – interactive webinars.

The face-to-face information sessions will be held seven locations across Queensland. Delivered by psychologists, they will cover a number of topics, including:

  • Nutrition and physical activity

  • Early detection of cancer

  • Important checkups for men

  • Diabetes and heart disease

  • Mental health and wellbeing

  • Relationships
