Grow a Star is a program that delivers opportunities for young people. We believe that every person has a right to participate in an activity they enjoy and can excel in. To engage in activity, is to engage in life and society. Grow a Star aims to build the capacity and self-confidence in young people to achieve their highest ambitions. Activities such as learning, sport and the arts connect young people to their peers and to their communities. A young person engaged in this way will be more likely to engage in positive learning, positive health and eventually positive employment experiences.

Join us on a three day road trip throughout NSW on the Ride for the Stars Motorbike Adventure!

Travelling over three days across our scenic countryside, you'll be riding alongside like-minded people making a difference to the lives of young people in our community.

WHERE: Newcastle - North Haven - Uralla - Newcastle

WHEN: Friday 16th April to Sunday 18th April 2021

WHAT: Motorbike enthusiasts come together to raise money for Grow a Star. $500 (min) fundraising total per participant.

WHY: To provide more opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds overcome the financial or generational obstacles that prevent them from following their dreams.

HOW MUCH: $250 non refundable registration fee and a willingness to raise a minimum of $500

WHO: All motorbike enthusiasts with a P2 or full licence along with a registered and insured motorbike.
