About

Join Linda for a soothing yoga class designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. This session begins with calming breathing exercises to centre the mind and body. We’ll ease into gentle stretches, warming up the muscles and releasing tension before moving through a series of gentle poses that foster relaxation and balance. We’ll transition into deeply restorative yin poses, allowing time for you to settle into each stretch and find peace within the stillness. Finally, the class concludes with a guided full-body scan meditation, helping you release any remaining tension and fully relax.
This class is ideal for all levels, especially those seeking to slow down, reduce stress, and cultivate a gentle, mindful practice.
