Taste the merroir of native NSW Rock Oysters direct from the growers, indulge in elevated culinary experiences and cruises, and enjoy world-class cooking demonstrations and food stalls showcasing the best of the South Coast's harvest from sea and land. Farmers bring the best of the harvest to every element of the program, from Oyster Farmers Alley and the Oyster Bars to Australia's Biggest Oyster competition and the Australian Oyster Shucking Championships, where the winner earns the opportunity to represent Australia at the World Championships. Connect with Yuin culture and bush tucker, enjoy live music headlined by Sarah McLeod alongside popular regional performers, explore the markets and sip celebrated wines, beers and spirits, all set on the foreshore of Wagonga Inlet, one of NSW's most productive oyster estuaries.
