Held in the quiet of winter at Bluegreen Sanctuary, this four-day, three-night retreat is an invitation to slow right down. These days are designed for reflection, nervous-system support, and gentle recalibration. Winter isn't a time to push. It's a time for introspection, integration, and gentle recalibration. This retreat honours that. Across four days together, you can expect: - Fresh, nourishing organic meals daily with our private chef - Meditation - Tea ceremony - Breathwork and somatic release - Daily Movement designed to support the nervous system - Fire pit + cacao under the stars - Daily access to infrared sauna and ice bath - Personal development sessions There is also so much unstructured space to simply be. Each accommodation space has its own pool, and the property includes a yoga shala, tipi, fire pit, and countless quiet nooks to curl up with a book, a journal, or a cup of tea - surrounded by untouched nature.
