Sunrise Sisterhood "The Rise Tour "

Sunrise Sisterhood is a women’s wellbeing and connection community that has been bringing women together on the Sunshine Coast for the past 3.5 years. What began as a small sunrise gathering has grown into a beautiful community of women coming together to feel supported, connected and part of something. Over the years, we have received messages from women all over Australia asking us to bring Sunrise Sisterhood to their towns and communities. Our East Coast Tour was created in response to those women and the growing need we see for real human connection and community. Our sunrise events bring women together through meditation, gentle movement, connection activities, line dancing, silent disco, laughter and lots of fun. Women often arrive on their own, not knowing anyone, and leave having made new connections and friendships within their own community. At the heart of Sunrise Sisterhood is something very simple, creating a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where women can feel seen, supported and included, while experiencing the joy that comes from movement, nature, laughter and genuine human connection.
