Taste the difference, at the Maitland Taste Festival. Talk to the specialists in home grown produce for inspiration in your own garden, see local chefs create tempting dishes to excite your appetite, and taste the unique flavours of the Hunter. At Maitland Taste enjoy a host of entertainment and activities for all ages including cooking demonstrations featuring celebrated Hunter chefs, indulge in the sparkling and seafood lane, and don't miss the cheese and beer tastings on offer. Local Hunter restaurants will offer up the best the region has to offer, along with a multitude of market stalls throughout The Levee - laden with gourmet goodies, fresh local produce, artisan cheeses, delectable desserts, and fresh roasted coffee. The festival will be featuring musicians performing over the weekend with artists and timetables to be announced soon. Entry to the festival is free.
