Hi, I would like to promote and invite you to the upcoming FREE Walking Football NSW’s WalkSoccer Come n’ Try sessions.
WalkSoccer promotes healthy aging and is a fun and inclusive way to lead an active lifestyle. This modified version of soccer emphasises walking, teamwork, and enjoyment in a non-contact, welcoming environment. WalkSoccer is primarily aimed at women aged 40 years or older and men aged 50 years or older, who can play safely in a non-contact game.
WalkSoccer meets the UN's Sustainable Development Goal [UN-SDG] 3, regarding "Good Health and Well-being", established by the United Nations and supports healthy living and promotion of well-being for all at all ages.
All About Safety:
- No running, no contact, no high balls, and no goalkeepers—ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
All About Fun:
- Enjoy small-sided games designed for all skill levels.
- Stay active and connect with a vibrant community.
- Come alone, bring a friend, or even a group - there’s a place for everyone!
