Adult Aerials Class

This is a great class to start with if you know you want to be up in the air but you just don’t know which apparatus to start with. You’ll get to try aerial ring, silks and trapeze, and can choose your favourite or do a bit of all three! This fun aerial workshop introduces and demonstrates the various ground and aerial skills so that you can explore however many skills you want to practice with. There'll be a trainer on hand to help you as much as you need. At the end of the workshop, you'll get to show off your skills to the other students! All skill levels are welcome!
