DESCRIPTION:CheckUP are proud to be delivering a series of men’s health workshops in partnership with Hand Heart Pocket the Charity of Freemasons Queensland in 2021. This follows on from the successful delivery of 13 workshops in 2019/2020.\n\nDue to COVID-safe requirements\, a number of changes will be made for the 2021 events\, namely a reduced number of face-to-face events and the introduction of a new delivery mode – interactive webinars.\n\nThe face-to-face information sessions will be held seven locations across Queensland.&nbsp\;Delivered by psychologists\, they will cover a number of topics\, including:\n\n\n	\n	Nutrition and physical activity\n	\n	\n	Early detection of cancer\n	\n	\n	Important checkups for men\n	\n	\n	Diabetes and heart disease\n	\n	\n	Mental health and wellbeing\n	\n	\n	Relationships\n	\n\n
