DESCRIPTION:We train Hapkido and KEF-IC and deliver Self Defence Courses\n\nHapkido: a Korean combat martial art with its parenthood in the Japanese martial arts\n\nKEF-IC: Kinetic Fighting – Integrated Combat is now being offered to non-military personnel through selected training agents\, contracted to KEF Group. This system is sure to be a preferred Martial Art / Fighting System into the future.\n\nIn addition to learning a completely new system\, you will learn effective self-protection skills from the ground up\, focusing on mindset\, tactics\, legal and moral considerations.\n\nJissen Budo is now being delivered by APSD and is one of few schools in Australia registered to do so. &nbsp\;Jissen Budo International (JBI) is a standard-bearer in the training and assessment of martial arts skills\, designed for real combat.&nbsp\; As an association of practically minded and committed budoka\, Jissen Budo provides assistance\, recognition and skill-sharing opportunities to martial artists across Australia and Internationally.&nbsp\;\n\nAs a JBI school\, APSD will prepare students for their black grading attempt\, as well as offering a coloured belt grading system all the way to black.&nbsp\;\n\nAPSD genuinely care about their students and want them to achieve. That is why they cancelled all fees during the COVID 19 lockdown and ran over 20 FREE ZOOM lessons a week for their students. If you want to learn how to defend yourself\, improve your fitness\, flexibility\, and strength\, increase your confidence\, meet some great people\, and have fun\, give them a go.
