DESCRIPTION:Parkrun organise free\, weekly\, five kilometre timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone\, free\, and are safe and easy to take part in.\n\nThese events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and they encourage people of every ability to take part\; from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians\; from juniors to those with more experience\; all welcome.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for all fitness levels but don't fret if you don't run\, its perfect for walkers for all walks of life.\n\nPark Run takes place every Saturday\, 8:00am at the Benalla Botanical Gardens.
