SUMMARY:Isaac Youth Unmet Needs
DESCRIPTION:f you are aged 10-18 years-old\, the parents of a 10-18 year-old or are someone who works directly with 10-18 year-olds in the Isaac region (a Service Provider)\, we would like to hear your opinions.\n\nGreater Whitsunday Communities has been engaged by Isaac Regional Council to conduct research to understand the unmet needs of young people aged 10-18 in the Isaac region. We would like to hear about the needs of young people across the region\, including those who are at-risk of\, or are currently experiencing\, disadvantage\, marginalisation and disengagement.\n\nThe project will be a multidimensional view of the needs of young people\, service availability and accessibility\, and will include data from service organisations\, official sources and from young people and their families. When the findings of this research are anonymously collated\, there may be opportunities for service providers and young people to guide the development of service capacity to fill any unmet needs identified in delivery of services to the young people of the Isaac region.\n\nInterested parties can complete the appropriate anonymous survey below\, or 10-18 year-olds may choose to participate in small focus group discussions or private interviews.
