DESCRIPTION:If possible\, we strongly recommend students arrive when doors open 10.30am\, be settled and ready to commence 10.45am and enjoy the entire fun hour of dancing. (Unfortunately\, not a minute before as per above class finishing). Drink bottle encouraged and layers of clothing as it can get very warm.\n\nFor this class Men &amp\; Women who may require assistance with everyday activities can attend with their support person (or on their own) to enjoy a morning of music and disco lights. The class starts in a large circle for a routine of movement and warm-up. We then follow on with some traditional well-known dances. The morning music continues for open dance to music of old and new. We finish with a conga and dance circle. Wheel Chair access and disability toilets available\n\nNEW STUDENTS arrive 15mins early no need to book.
