DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Belconnen Toastmasters!\n\nOur meetings are divided into four segments providing opportunities to develop a range of skills to help you in your personal and professional lives:\n\nTable topics exercise your impromptu speaking skills\, making you feel more confident in everyday conversations and your next job interview.\n\nSpeeches help you practice preparing and delivering quality speeches for any purpose - from work to school presentations\, giving a toast at a wedding/award ceremony\, or just to face your public speaking fears.\n\nEvaluations are a key part of our club. We give each other supportive and constructive feedback because we are all committed to seeing each other excel.\n\nEducational sessions give us quick doses of useful public speaking tips.\n\nMembers also benefit from the Toastmasters Pathways program. This curriculum is complementary to our meetings and will help you to further develop your communication and leadership skills.\n\nIf you are interested in seeing how Toastmasters can benefit your life\, feel free to visit one of our meetings. We arrive at 6:15pm and officially start meetings at 6:30pm. We welcome guests 18 years old and over. All you need to bring is yourself.\n
